With the ceremony gardens and your room on the same small property, there is no drive between getting ready and saying I do. I come to your suite at the inn, style you and your closest people, and you walk out into the garden when it is time.

Where we set up
Most brides get ready in their room or suite at the inn. The rooms are cozy, so I keep the setup compact, near a window and an outlet, and work one person at a time while the others enjoy the gardens or the patio.

Lantern Light weddings are intimate, usually the couple plus a handful of family and friends. That makes for a relaxed schedule. I style the bride last so your look is freshest for the ceremony and garden portraits.

The inn is on Highway 89A in West Sedona with parking on site, just minutes from Uptown. Please share your room name or number when you book and I arrive early with everything needed.
Ready by time
Garden ceremonies here are lovely in soft morning light or late afternoon. Share your ceremony time and I build the styling schedule backward from it with a comfortable buffer.

Lantern Light Inn is within Sedona proper, so on location service is included with no travel fee. Services beginning before 7:00 AM carry an early morning fee of $100.
