Agave of Sedona is a private wedding and event venue with panoramic red rock views, a ceremony terrace, and a ballroom wrapped in floor to ceiling windows. It is built for a full wedding day in one place, and that includes a dedicated bridal suite.
Having a private suite on site changes the whole rhythm of the morning. You and your attendants get ready together, steps from the ceremony terrace, with no drive in between. I set up in the suite and style everyone right there.

Where we set up
The bridal suite at Agave is the natural home base. It has room for the bridal party to relax while I work, and I set up near a mirror with good light and an outlet close by.
Bridal party logistics
Agave hosts larger weddings, and I regularly style full bridal parties there. Share your headcount early and I will map out a schedule that keeps everyone on time without anyone feeling rushed.
Arrival and access
Agave is in Sedona with easy road access. Please pass along your venue coordinator’s contact and your suite access time when you book so I can arrive and set up before you do.
Ready by time
Many Agave couples do a first look on the terrace before the ceremony. Tell me your first look or ceremony time and I build the schedule backward from there.
Styles that suit Agave
Agave is a polished venue with a glamorous ballroom, and the styles I do there tend to match. Hollywood waves, sleek low buns, and voluminous half up looks all feel right at home against the chandeliers and the red rock views through the windows.
The ceremony terrace is open to the elements, so I finish every look for hold before you head outside. For brides with fine or shoulder length hair who want fullness for a GlamWave or a dramatic updo, extensions make a real difference and I am happy to talk through options at your preview.
Pricing for Agave weddings
Agave of Sedona is within Sedona proper, so on location service is included with no travel fee. Services beginning before 7:00 AM carry an early morning fee of $100.

How many people can you style?
Full bridal parties are welcome. For very large groups I can bring an assistant so the schedule stays comfortable. Include your headcount in the inquiry and I will advise.
Do you stay for touch ups?
Touch up time can be added to your proposal if you would like me on hand through the first look and ceremony. Just ask.
Can you do a preview?
Yes. Previews are available on their own or bundled with your wedding day. It is the best way to finalize your look and your timeline together.
What should we do to prep?
Everyone should arrive with clean, completely dry hair. I send specific prep notes to you and your attendants the week of the wedding.
