Whether you are gathering a crowd on the lawn or saying vows for two on the deck at golden hour, the mesa is all about the view. I create styles that feel natural in that setting and hold up in the open air.

Where we set up
Most Sky Ranch brides get ready in their lodge room or a larger suite on the property. I keep the setup compact, near a window and an outlet, so the space stays comfortable for you and your attendants.

Sky Ranch weddings range from intimate elopements to full celebrations. For bigger parties, gathering in one room keeps the morning social and the schedule simple.
Arrival and access
The lodge is at the top of Airport Road, a short drive from West Sedona. Please share your room number and any parking notes when you book. I arrive early with everything needed.
Ready by time
Sunset ceremonies are the signature at Sky Ranch and the light changes quickly on the mesa. Share your ceremony and photo times and I build a schedule that gets you ready with room to breathe.
Styles that suit the mesa
Airport Mesa is exposed and can be breezy, especially toward sunset. Styles with some structure travel best here. Textured low updos, soft braided details, and half up looks with secured face framing pieces all stay beautiful in the wind and still feel relaxed and romantic.
For elopements and smaller weddings, many brides want something that looks like their everyday hair, only elevated. I love doing that. Effortless waves, a loose knot, or a simple polished style that lets the sunset and the view do the talking.
Pricing for Sky Ranch weddings
Sky Ranch Lodge is within Sedona proper, so on location service is included with no travel fee. Services beginning before 7:00 AM carry an early morning fee of $100.

We are eloping. Do you do bride only bookings?
Yes. Elopements are a big part of what I do in Sedona. A bride only booking is completely welcome.
How do you handle the wind on the mesa?
I choose products and finishing techniques for hold, and I recommend styles with a little structure if your ceremony is outdoors at sunset.
Can you do a preview the day before?
Yes. Many out of town brides schedule the preview the day before the wedding once they have settled into the lodge.
Do you style guests too?
Moms, bridesmaids, and flower girls are all welcome on the schedule. Just include the headcount in your inquiry.
